The Business Analyst will be the vital link between our client, internal and external information technology (IT) assets and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of software requirements capture, analytical, and testing tasks of our software product’s features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our client, internal and external information technology (IT) assets and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of software requirements capture, analytical, and testing tasks of our software product’s features.
  • The Business Analyst will provide applications development and maintenance support to the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS), the system utilized to process Medicare Part A claims.
  • This position requires a motivated individual with healthcare and Medicare claims processing experience.
  • He/she will have a solid understanding of and ability to implement Business Analysis best practices using a change-driven approach to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, to manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience performing Business and Requirements Management 
  • FISS experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create requirements document and test plans.
  • Proficient at MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and software packages.
  • Experience in Systems Development Methodology knowledge/experience (i.e. SLC, GSMS, CMMI).
  • Skilled in TSO/ISPF; Mainframe applications  
  • US Citizenship is required for this position.
