TCI has an immediate need for a C# Full Stack Developer, Raleigh, NC. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire. SUMMARY
The C# Full Stack Developer will provide emphasis on ASP.NET for Web development of enterprise-class applications.  The Developer is responsible for analyzing, developing and testing interactive interfaces and content to provide solutions to complex needs. The individual must have the ability to translate high level requirements into technical design documents, technical requirements and development tasks.
Note: Must be available to work onsite at client facility in Raleigh, NC. No remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support for ongoing development of websites including creation of new ones from concept all the way to completion.
  • Be proficient in programming languages, ASP.Net, and C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or higher.
  • Understand APIs and web services for consuming JSON.
  • Adequate knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, and how to interact with them.
  • Proficiency developing and maintaining scripts as well as programming in Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Solid understanding and working experience with RESTful web services.
  • Competent in Microsoft PowerShell 5.0 or higher.
  • Familiarity with development and debugging tools.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a C# Full Stack Developer.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Must be proficient with ASP.NET, JQuery, Bootstrap 3 / 4, and Ajax techniques.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, REST).
  • Must possess a valid DoD Public Trust Clearance or have the ability to obtain one. TCI will assist with transfers of clearances. 
  • Ability to clearly communicate both business and technical terms and information/requirements/instructions to a wide variety of audiences (face-to-face, teleconference, phone and email).
  • Ability to write technical/functionality specification documentation.
