TCI has an immediate need for a Director of Enterprise IT Operations in the Lexington, KY area. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a direct-hire opportunity!

  • Lead and develop the technical team over global IT infrastructure, site support, and help desk operations.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of infrastructure and endpoint support, focused on availability, security, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Define, lead, and execute the infrastructure strategy, coordinate, and guide the enterprise on the same topics.
  • Create alignment across other functional teams, foster relationships with key business and technology stakeholders, understand the business needs, and share new or existing capabilities that can address or improve business operations.
  • Participate in IT strategy planning activities, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of infrastructure technology and systems and best practices as related to the needs of the business.
  • Identify and lead implementations, improvements, and training of new and existing infrastructure.
  • Provide effective and efficient management of information infrastructure and day-to-day support desk operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators for driving the performance of IT service delivery.
  • Oversee business continuity and recovery of information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan, implementation, and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain defined levels of cybersecurity measures, in coordination with other cybersecurity staff.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports and other staff.
  • 4-year degree in an applicable field
  • 10+ years managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence
  • 8+ years of successful leadership of an infrastructure team
  • 5+ years of demonstrated IT Incident Management & resolution experience
  • Experience with supporting multiple locations
  • Experience with supporting cybersecurity frameworks
  • Strong technical knowledge and history of supporting Microsoft Azure
  • Strong technical knowledge and history of supporting LAN & WAN networking technologies
  • Experience with negotiating with and managing technical partners
  • Strong experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Expertise in running Agile operations team
