TCI has an immediate need for an Enterprise Mobility Deskside Support position in Findlay, OH. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a 10-12 month term contract opportunity with possibility of permanent hire. SUMMARY

Our enterprise level client is the largest transportation fuels refiner in the Nation. This Enterprise Mobility Deskside Support position is an opportunity to play a significant role in supporting enterprise mobility management platform during the XenMobile to Intune replacement project. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong analytical, organization and communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to work with individuals from multiple business units at a variety of locations and a dynamic IT support staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to migrate mobile clients from existing Enterprise Mobility Management environment (Citrix XenMobile) to a replacement technology, Microsoft Intune. Experience with Azure, XenMobile, and Intune are a plus.
  • iPhones are the devices to be supported by this project.
  • Deskside skillset is required.
  • Work with the Help Desk, Internal, and contract support teams to provide Tier 3 support for Mobility trouble tickets.
  • Conduct training for clients in both written and verbal communications. This will require travel.
  • Ensure internal mobility issues lists remain current.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-5 years of Mobility Deskside Support experience.
