TCI has an immediate need for a Field Desktop Support Technician in San Antonio, TX. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary responsibilities include managing Service Desk support/tickets to prioritize field support work, provide first level remote deskside support to end users.
  • Provide Tier 2 application and hardware support.
  • Escalation of support when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4-7 years of previous experience working in an IT support role.
  • Previous work-related experience in a customer service-related role preferred.
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of troubleshooting computer related issues both hardware and software, as well as desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (O365, Teams), VPN connectivity, VMWare virtual desktop infrastructure, encryption software, as well as other software can be an added advantage.
