TCI has an immediate need for a Help Desk Support Technician in Melbourne, FL. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the probability of becoming permanent. SUMMARY

The Help Desk Support Tech will work in an IT call center to support internal employees with Windows 7/10 OS, connectivity, application, password resets, MS Office issues and more.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  •  4+ years help desk support experience and ability to take 20-30 calls a day.
  • Associate's Degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of supporting Windows 7/10 environments and Microsoft Office Suite, triaging application issues, password resets, Active Directory.
  • Great customer service skills and ability to be a team player.
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Certification like CompTia A+, Network+, Security+ or ITIL would be great to have.
