TCI has an immediate opening for an IBM Connect:Direct Administrator in Parkersburg, WV.  This is a contract opportunity not open for C2C. 
SUMMARY
IBM Connect:Direct  (CD) Administrator:
The following proficiencies demonstrate basic abilities that are required:
  • Five years of experience being an IBM CD administrator
  • Hands-on experience in government and/or financial sectors
  • The ability to make recommendations to peers and executives on subjects relating to software, back-end platforms, libraries, and tooling.
Experience with the following:
  • Administering high performance, high volume, and business critical systems
  • CD solution creation, modification, restoration, and troubleshooting
  • Multi-tier architecture, for on and off premise designs, including high availability and disaster recovery
  • Working with geographically separated data centers (WAN/LAN configurations) and external customers (Internet and trusted business partners)
  • Working with multiple operating systems (such as IBM Mainframe, Windows, IBM AIX, and Linux)
Working knowledge of the following:
  • Architecture Integration in a large enterprise
  • Securing C:D solutions
  • Software/System patching
  • Self Service, Chargeback and Cloud Features
