TCI has an immediate need for an OnBase Systems Engineer/Developer in Louisville, KY.  This is a direct hire opportunity.

SUMMARY

The OnBase Systems Engineer / Developer will be part of a team to administer Enterprise Content Management infrastructure with an emphasis on workflow administration and development. One will serve as primary support and administrator for existing workflows and as a primary resource for development of new workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as primary administrator of existing OnBase workflows, and as primary analyst/developer for new OnBase workflows.
  • Acts are part of the support team for OnBase defect triage and resolution.
  • Supports Enterprise Content Management software and processes outside of normal office hours, both for routine work (such as on-call) and one-time events (such as disaster recovery events, major application deployments or production break-fixes).
  • Participates in onsite and offsite Disaster Recovery Exercises.
  • Adapts to a dynamic technical environment.
  • Manages relationships between both teammates and with different business units.
  • Participates in formal IT Change Control procedures.
  • Documents standards and procedures as related to computer operations and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of experience administering and supporting Hyland OnBase workflow.
  • Experience developing in C# required.
  • Bachelors degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, or mathematics) or a combination of formal education, training, and experience.
PREFERRED (Nice-to-have) SKILLS
  • Experience with Java, Python, HTML, or JavaScript a plus.
  • Hyland Certifications a plus.
