TCI has an immediate need for a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician in Princeton, IN.  This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

The PC Technician will be responsible for supporting network, network peripherals devices (printers,copiers) and PC's, laptops and mobile devices. 
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role in a medium sized enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with VMWare virtualization.
  • Experience with Windows Server /Active Directory/ Group Policy.
  • Familiarity troubleshooting/supporting office copiers and printers
  • Knowledge of IP Phone Systems.
  • Any Network cabling (Cat5/Cat6) experience is a big plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Products
