TCI has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance in St. Louis, MO.  This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • With limited direction, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet company and client standards and end-user requirements.
  • Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects and/or supports testing as a witness to testing requirements.
  • Reviews all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and correctness.
  • Organizes and maintains all quality assurance documentation.
  • Documents all problems and works to resolve them. Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
  • Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
  • Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements. Performs all functional duties independently.
  • Works on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of assigned program(s). Oversees the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing and test automation using Selenium and/or UFT to validate complex workflows
  • Hands on"" experience testing in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with developing and maintaining test automation scripts for different e-learning and Salesforce domain websites
  • Ability to create Salesforce Test Classes, Test Scripts, Test Data and Test Results
  • Experience with and knowledge of various types of application testing such as system, functional, performance, load, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance
  • Expertise in defect identification, logging, impact analysis, resolution and regression testing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with the development teams and business teams, to understand the customizable features that are being built into Salesforce application and prepare test scenarios accordingly
  • Ability to perform compatibility testing of the third-party applications integrated with SalesForce, if any
  • Experience working in an Agile design/development environment
  • Experience with software application workflow design
  • Ability to review existing test processes to identify inefficiencies in processing and potential weaknesses
  • Ability to analyze functional/technical requirements and mapping documents and transform them into a comprehensive Test Plan
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance, testing and/or software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers, and project team members
  • Experience with identifying appropriate Test methodologies for assigned projects, leading Test teams, monitoring testing processes and resolving issues and risks, both technical and non-technical
