TCI has an immediate need for a Remote Systems Support Analyst. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
Please note that this position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.

The Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for working with internal staff to understand basic technical issues to queries and developing solutions and advice for resolution.
  • Determines the best solution to address issues regarding ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence applications of moderate complexity.
  • Serves as an online desktop support point-of-contact utilizing provided remote support tools.
  • Manages technical services/assistance for assigned plants and offices. Yearly on-site visits are expected, or as needed for major project support.
  • Performs troubleshooting in response to support tickets submitted by phone, email, chat and an online system.
  • Logs up-to-date and detailed records of support requests, events, and resolution details.
  • Responds in a timely and professional manner to requests for assistance by communicating instructions for resolution of general hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Participates in maintaining an end user knowledge database of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
  • Follows escalation protocols by responding to complex and mission-critical issues with prioritized attention.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Systems Support Analyst.
  • Moderately proficient with ERP systems, MS productivity tools, and MS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of databases, networks, websites and Apple iOS and Android OS.
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve basic to moderate technical issues with solid troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to work both individually and with cross-functional teams in a support role.
  • High level attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems, products, and procedures.
  • Effective communication of technical details when other staff or third-party assistance is needed.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered with excellent people and communication skills.
Preferred additional qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar degree.
  • Experience supporting business & financial applications for an international enterprise.
  • Understanding of general accounting, business, and operations principles and practices.
  • Good understanding of hardware and software components and backend databases.
