TCI has an immediate need for a .NET Software Developer in Louisville, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. This is a Direct Hire position.
This is a hybrid work role that requires 2 days onsite in Louisville, KY for Agile Sprint meetings. This position is responsible for designing and developing applications and solutions to meet the needs of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work, as part of an agile team, with the product owner, team members, and stakeholders to understand requirements for simple-to-complex business systems.
- Work with other agile team members to ensure that systems are being built to defined expectations and perform change management functions as needed.
- Analyze and perform modifications to systems as requested by end users.
- Analyze and assist in correction of problems which may occur in system operations.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and company policy.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of industry experience as a developer.
- Experience working in SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with C# .NET, WPF, Web APIs as part of a Service Oriented Architecture.
- Experience with unit testing using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce and like 3rd-party app integrations a plus.
- Proficiency working in Windows, MacOS x, Linux and Unix environments.
- Knowledge of JSON, LINQ, Entity Framework is highly desirable.
- Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Angular, and like frameworks.
- Ability to work well with internal customers and management.
- Ability to gather requirements and develop design specifications.
- Experience with web applications.
- Comfortable with mobile and desktop applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, or closely related field, OR significant equivalent experience.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum setting preferred.
