TCI has an immediate need for a Software Support Analyst in Findlay, OH.   This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity. SUMMARY
Our enterprise level client is the largest transportation fuels refiner in the Nation.
Our Client’s Refining IT Services Maintenance & Engineering Application team is seeking a candidate with experience and expertise in defining and implementing mobile solutions with integration into the SAP ECC and SAP S4/Hana Plant Maintenance module. Qualified candidate will serve as a mobility specialist to support our Client’s 3rd Party Mobile solutions running on IOS and Android devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibilities include serving as a second level technical support to the Service Desk for assigned software solutions, and manage related service tickets in conjunction with Service Desk procedures and SLAs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and administer assigned software solutions to support SAP Plant Maintenance end users.
  • Primary responsibility is managing end user mobile solutions, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Qualified candidate will serve a primary contact with external 3rd Party SAP software providers for the diagnosis and resolution of application issues.
  • Candidate will manage the delivery and installation of 3rd party SAP transports using change management procedures to test and transport the changes through the SAP environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Associate's Degree required (Bachelor degree preferred) in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the development and support of system applications and databases is required, preferably with MS SQL Server Reporting (SSRS) and databases.
  • 2-3 years previous experience in end user support, with 5+ years preferred. Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module and Integration of 3rd party applications to SAP preferred.
  • Travel up to 10%.
