TCI has an immediate need for a Systems Support Administrator in Lexington, KYThis is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a direct-hire opportunity!

  • Design and implement computing hardware strategy.
  • Act as SME in the development, configuration, and support of new or upgraded software.
  • Provide escalated support, and perform necessary actions to ensure timely resolution to users.
  • Document end-user issues, solutions, and processes for problem resolutions in a call tracking system.
  • Work on projects assigned and may lead the project as needed.
  • Perform configuration tasks for systems and hardware.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of Desktop/Helpdesk Support experience.
  • 3+ years managing MECM in a dispersed team setting.
  • 3+ years building and deploying O365 and Windows OS at an enterprise level.
  • 3+ years using MS Intune, Azure AD, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with automated patching.


  • 4-year degree
  • ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, and other industry certifications.
