TCI has an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist in Louisville, KY. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extensions. SUMMARY
The Technical Support Specialist will work within the Microsoft Intune Technology Support Center providing technical support via phone, email, or chat. This is a first shift work schedule which is Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using an incident tracking application, create, troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, or route client incidents according to service level agreement. Will also receive assistance from tenured personnel to resolve client incidents.
- Provide and perform Microsoft Intune troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Attendance is extremely important for this position. The successful candidates will be required to work 1st shift, which is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Will use soft phone skills, and technical aptitude to provide Microsoft Intune telephone technical support to internal clients.
- Will utilize various knowledge repositories (Knowledge Articles, job aids, etc.) within the infrastructure environment to assist with creating troubleshooting, diagnosing, routing, and resolving Microsoft Intune incidents.
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in an Information Technology phone support position.
- 1 to 3 years of troubleshooting experience with Androids, iOS, tablets, and Chromebooks.
- Basic understanding (1 to 3 years of experience) utilizing XenMobile/Intune MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools to support Android, iOS, tablets, and Chromebooks.
- Exceptional soft phone skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
- General understanding of Microsoft Intune MDM (Mobile Device Management).
- General understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure and Cisco Jabber.
- Basic understanding on how to troubleshoot Android, iOS, tablets, and Chromebooks.
- Basic understanding (up to 3 years of experience) using an incident tracking tool or Cherwell.
