TCI has an immediate need for a VersionOne SME in Washington, DC. SUMMARY
The VersionOne Subject Matter Expert will consult team members and provide objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability/willingness to travel extensively as a VersionOne Consultant / Coach.
  • Consult with and coach many types of users, including IT Teams, IT Management, Product Owners, Business Partners and other stakeholders in VersionOne Best Practices.
  • Sprint Planning, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, Product Planning, Release Planning and Portfolio Planning.
  • Implement, support, and create roadmaps for VersionOne in large organizations using enterprise scaling frameworks including, but not limited to, the SAFe methodology.
  • Drive Agile and VersionOne adoption and continuous improvements, to include measuring the outcomes.
  • Utilize the entire set of VersionOne Features including Reporting, Dashboards and Analytics modules.
  • VersionOne Administration to include setup and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Expert level user of VersionOne for at least 3 years including extremely knowledgeable of the latest technological developments and industry trends related to VersionOne.
  • Understanding of the VersionOne DB structure for insight as we integrate applications and Experience in software development and lean agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban).
  • 5 years of experience in software development, business area, or related field.
  • A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a DoD Public Trust Security Clearance prior to start.
